With the 2026 Lunar New Year approaching, to showcase the company’s positive spirit and enhance team cohesion, Henan GDD Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. recently organized a warm and festive Spring Festival-themed group photo event for all employees. Every aspect was imbued with the deep-rooted corporate culture, and every interaction demonstrated the vibrant vitality of value co-creation.

On February 9th, in the company headquarters lobby, the “Steel Backbone” corporate culture wall, set against a carefully arranged red backdrop, appeared particularly solemn and powerful. This wall not only records the company’s journey from its inception to becoming a crucial node in the regional supply chain, but also interprets the sixteen-character core values of “Integrity, Responsibility, Efficiency, and Collaborative Progress.”

The atmosphere at the group photo event was warm and enthusiastic. Company employees were in high spirits, their smiles radiant. Holding auspicious red “福” (Fu, meaning good fortune) couplets, everyone posed for precious group photos. In the pictures, vibrant splashes of Chinese red and the employees’ genuine smiles created a warm and touching scene in the winter, fully demonstrating the company’s harmonious, friendly, and united corporate culture. This group photo is a demonstration of team strength and a tangible embodiment of corporate culture. It clearly conveys a message internally and externally: GDD employees are not only workers, but also bearers and disseminators of the company’s spirit.

In the subsequent “Me and the Culture Wall” micro-sharing activity, five employee representatives from different lengths of service and departments stood in front of the culture wall and shared their understanding of the “solid” culture in relation to their own positions. A veteran warehouse manager with ten years of experience shared how he upholds the “zero-error” integrity standard in his daily cargo management; a young logistics dispatcher shared the sense of accomplishment he felt in improving transportation efficiency through algorithm optimization, demonstrating the value of “high efficiency”; and an account manager recounted his profound experience of collaborating with his team to resolve urgent supply chain crises for clients, fulfilling his sense of responsibility. These simple stories made the words engraved on the wall feel warm and relatable, resonating strongly with all employees.

February 4th, the beginning of spring. The event entered its “Value Link” themed day. The company’s multi-functional hall was transformed into a huge interactive “circular value chain.” At the center was a dynamic data visualization wall composed of multiple screens, displaying in real-time the operational status of the company’s major logistics routes nationwide, customer order fulfillment rates, and other key indicators—a direct reflection of GDD METAL’s efficient operation and value creation.

The “New Year’s Wishes – Gangdun’s Message” segment reached its climax here. Each employee received a specially made “Value Chain Wish Card,” designed in the shape of an interlocking chain. Employees solemnly wrote down their New Year’s professional goals (such as “mastering the newly launched intelligent warehouse management system” or “deeply developing potential customers in a certain region”) or personal growth aspirations (such as “leading a team to complete a successful process innovation” or “obtaining a professional qualification”) on cards and signed their names. Then, they pasted their cards one by one onto the giant 3D “value chain” model surrounding the main screen. In an instant, hundreds of cards carrying personal ambitions converged into a gleaming, ever-extending “chain of hope.”

The general manager said, “All of this relies on our cultural foundation—an iron will, solid foundation for long-term success. Intelligentization cannot remain superficial; we must do three things well: more reliable delivery, more trustworthy cooperation, and more efficient collaboration. In 2026, we will create more value with our hearts.”

The chapter of 2026 has begun.
